Mary Beth is very understanding and worked hard to find the exact property we needed. She is easy to talk to, with her sweet personality and smile. She is sincere and worked very hard to make our property look appealing. I never had a realtor actually spend time cleaning and painting our house as Mary Beth did. I know of some other clients for whom Mary Beth has made the same kind of effort that made their property sell. I would never consider contacting anyone else, when Mary Beth is the best realtor there is. Mary Beth was quickly getting inspections done and advised us what we should expect at the closing. Everything I said before is confirmed by my experience with Mary Beth. The other Cressy & Everett staff I have delt with are fine people, but Mary Beth will always be the one I will choose, if it is possible. Mary Beth is very professional, but never "pushy". She is really dedicated to doing a great job for her clients.

We met with two realtors suggested by my employer. Marybeth was way nicer and way more up front with what needed to be done and what we could get. We would have lost money if we had gone with the other realtor. Marybeth did an excellent job. She felt like an understanding friend but a friend that wasn't afraid to tell you the truth. This was an emotional and unsure financial time for me and she really helped me make a plan and was willing to push up her sleeves up to get it done.
