Julie was very perfessional. My only issue was I would have like to known all the possible inspections that the buyer could have requested. I felt blindsighted by some that were done as I had not been prepared and caused me some anxiety not knowning they could have been expected. I would have liked to have more one on one discussions with Julie vs texting most of the time. I am an older generation and don't text as much as Julie is use to. Felt that should be given consideration. She did well in giving me information as to the listing of my house and she did a great job of getting the word out their that it was up for sale. Having the open house brought the buyer in and was successful in selling my home.

Our Condo purchase became challenging for banks to morgage due to it's original writing, Julie hung in there and found us a lender with experience in this type of situation and sealed the deal for us. Through extra time and frustration, Julie didn't give up on us and we are once again, thankful we chose her to work with. 2 years ago, Julie sold our house in 4 hours. She is the real deal! Julie just happen to be the agent that contacted me thru a Zillow listig I looked at. How lucky I was !! The listing agent was pretty much useless. Every question I had she had to go thru listing agent and answers from him took a day and more. I closed on the house I believe on the 25th of March and listing agent's "door lock key " containter was still on my door as of April 1st.
