Marybeth was an amazing help throughout the entire process. She gave tips on what was important to complete as we finished prepping the house to be put up for sale and was in constant communication checking to see if there was anything she could do to help. Once I went forward with getting the house up for sale, she was fabulous about keeping me up to date on the status. This was the first time I have sold a home and since it was an estate sale it was even more complicated. Marybeth's consistent communication played a huge role in getting everything take care of expeditiously.
