I am active duty navy, stationed in Washington State, when my wife and I got a referral to Marybeth from another realtor that we had been working with who worked out of Indianapolis. Given that my new duty station is South Bend-Mishawaka, Indiana, we needed someone who knew and worked in the local area. We would highly recommend Marybeth. By the time we got our loan pre-approval, I was in Pensacola, Florida for school, my wife was still in Washington and Marybeth in South Bend. However, this didn't deter Marybeth from working with us. She communicated perfectly with us on what time would work for showings, which she conducted on our schedule via video calls. She set up the listing portal quickly and even double checked the accuracy of the listing for the house we now have. She helped us every step of the way. We are very happy to have her as our realtor.
