I highly recommend Wayne Birkey for anyone purchasing a home. Wayne was amazing helpful and patient. Since he has a lot of experience both building and selling houses, he has good suggestions and critiques that helped me evaluate what I was looking for and what I should expect. He walked me through the process in detail so I always understood what needed to be done as I purchased my first home. I also appreciated that he always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured by Wayne to purchase property I wasn't excited about, and he made it easy for me to make an offer once I was found one I loved and was ready. I would definitely work with him again in the future and am recommending him to my family and friends.
