Tom was very helpful. As I had never sold a house before, he was very patient and taught me every step along the way. We had an unsual situation with renters who had been staying in our house and he was also extremely patient dealing with the problems there. He went above and beyond helping me get my house sold. And despite the difficulties with the renters he got the house sold in record time! Tom is extremely nice snd very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him and will use him again if I ever need to buy or sell another house.

Many homes in the area looked good on paper and in photos, but upon viewing didn't work out for various reasons. Tom kept telling us to be patient and that we'll find the right home, and we did. Our "new" residence ultimately checked all the boxes and we couldn't be happier in our new home and neighborhood. We hadn't purchased a home in 30 years and we were extremely thankful that Tom was patient with us during the process. Being from the Chicago area, Tom checked on listings when we couldn't come into South Bend and worked hard to get us multiple showings when we did come into town. We were impressed when he referred to his clients as his families, not clients. Once we made and negotiated an offer, Tom arranged the multiple required inspections with highly qualified companies. This reduced our stress level considerably.
