From the first meeting, it was obvious that Shawn really has her act together. She came with comps already pulled, an analysis completed, and proposed a list price. It was obvious she had done a ton of prep work to know our property before even visiting. And her proposed list price was exactly what we had been wanting to list for. Throughout the sale process, Shawn's accessibility and quick responses were so appreciated. She may have had other properties and deals in the works at the same time, but we could never tell it. We felt as if she was focused solely on our home.
