He knows what needs to be done and what order things are done in. We have worked with Mike 3 times. Selling twice and buying once. Mike goes above and beyond the call of duty for his customers. Example: The buyer's agent was out of the country. Mike is the one who did the final walk through with the buyer. We put in a new Heat Pump for the buyer. It is Mike who took over that part of our transaction - meeting with the installer to give them access. Whatever it takes - Mike in on task to move things forward. Mike is honest. He is a gentleman.
