Aaron and Leanne were referred to me by my Buyer's agent in Arizona, through their Realtor network. The differentiating highlights of my experience with Aaron and Leanne were: Communication was always prompt, direct, and detailed. The recommended listing price and comps were market accurate, enabling an appraisal waiver and quick sale (13 days). Negotiation strategy on price/inspections/credits was productive for both myself and the Buyer (i.e., not combative). Marketing strategy was highly effective, including professional photos, video walk-through, social media blitzes, etc. The overall interpersonal interaction was very pleasant, friendly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I can't think of anything Aaron or Leanne could/should have done differently...my experience as a Seller was flawless!
